FAQ
Do we have to move vendors?
No. Sometimes the vendor is fine and the waste is idle environments, infinite logs, or an oversized database. Moving is a means, not a goal.
Can you work on a system you didn’t build?
Yes. We enter other people’s repos and accounts carefully. The first deliverable is usually a diagnosis, not a rewrite.
Will the site go down during migration?
The plan includes a window, rollback, and what happens if it goes wrong. An unplanned 3am cut is not a service we offer.
